It's been a while since this blog has seen celebrations of any kind. Today, my future sister-in-law Joanne threw a surprise birthday party for my brother-in-law Stan at of all places .... MacDonald's! Truth be told, I've never -- even as a kid -- been part of any MacDonald's birthday parties so it kind of tickles me to be having a Happy Meal celebration. But as you can see from the pictures, the kids obviously loved it!
