Muir Woods

Finally on our second attempt, we managed to find a parking space at the popular Muir Woods National Park in Mill Valley to see the last remaining redwood trees in the Bay Area. Kieran was rather cranky probably due to the fact that we had to set off early in the morning and also because he slipped and fell at the park. But it didn't take long for our sunshine boy to resume his good spirits and he spent a fair amount of time singing and talking to the trees! To wrap up the outing, we packed lunch from Pearl's Phat Burgers -- possibly the best burgers we've had since arriving in the US. The succulent and juicy burgers came with delectable sweet potato fries. Kieran of course lapped it all up!
