The last day of the year

2010 was indeed a special year for the family following Hubby's move to do his masters at Stanford. As a result, all of us got the opportunity to experience life in the US, and to enjoy what the country had to offer. Adjusting to a new life in a foreign land and being a stay-at-home mom were both exciting and challenging. We had our share of frustrations and stressful moments but at the same time, there were also many happy memories. Most of all, our family bonded together being on our own and it is such a joy to see how much Kieran has grown during this period. Our little boy has adapted well to preschool in the US and is now more fluent in English and becoming very talkative!

On New Year's Eve, we drove down to one of our favorite restaurants Fish in Sausalito for a seafood lunch and stopped over at Lands End in San Francisco to enjoy the scenery. SF is such a beautiful city and we never tire of visiting the place. It seems like there is always something new to discover whenever we go there. May the new year bring more exciting adventures for the family!
